Light bowls, but serve their purpose
These bowls aren't very heavy or durable, but they do the job. My dog doesn't try to pick up his bowl or play with it, so we haven't had any issues with the lack of quality. I recommend them! Easy to clean, wide enough for his snout, and he doesn't complain!

only one issue
Like the dogs cannot overturn. The only thing I have issue with is the non-skid ring as it comes off way to easy......

Exactly what I wanted
I'd purchased 2 small bowls similar to this a while back. Now we're taking the dogs on a road trip & needed 2 larger ones for water. These are exactly what I wanted - perfect size, great finish & quality, love the no-skid feature, & that they won't break like our ceramic dog bowls, & that they 'stack'..

Bowl challenges puppy
My puppy has managed to break/upset 2 other kinds of food bowls. This bowl is flat enough that she is not able to easily overturn it. Only once has she been able to scoot it up the side of her crate so the bowl was on its edge - and that was after it was empty.

Meets My Needs
I purchased this item to use as a water dish for outside. It is working out well for my outside animals.

Non-skid rubber base is useless
Wide non-skid rubber base is useless. The rubber base came off with in 1.5 months of use. The rubber will not stay in place when it is put back on. My dogs eat and then leave their bowl until their next feeding.

Great product but
I bought these bowls for my beagle puppies. Unfortunately, I failed to consider that my puppies are "chewers". The bowls survived but the non-skid rubber base was in several pieces the next day. These bowls may be best utilized in the house.

Big Bowl - small price
This bowl is bigger than any I've seen in the stores and the price is the same as a much much smaller bowl. Nicely made with rubber rim around the bottom for no slip. If you have a large dog, this is he bowl to get.

My King Charles Cavalier, Sapphire, likes to turn over her bowl of food all the time, hopefully this will stop her from this happening.

These dog dishes work great! We use them for our puppies and dogs alike. They have never once tipped a dish! We remove the rubber off the bottom because we think they'll probably chew on them so of course the dishes slide, but they don't tip!

Going on a road trip in a motor home & need 2 non-skid, unbreakable water bowls to go with the smaller ones I already have for food for our Maltese & ShihTzu

Because my puppy loves carrying around his water bowl and inevitably dumping water all over the floor - I am hoping these bowls will keep him from doing such.
Rachel O on Jul 15, 2015
appears to be sturdy enough that my beagles won't tear it up

We adopted two dogs from the shelter & they needed dog dishes for their food.

I have bought this bowl before and it lasted 5 years. I have a German Shepard and he did not tip it over. I washed it in dishwasher one too many times and the rubber came off but it still did not tip over.

What size do you recommend for a Yorkie?
A shopper on Aug 13, 2015
BEST ANSWER: Get 16 or 24.
In the picture there is a black strip, is that just a reflection?
A shopper on May 17, 2018
BEST ANSWER: Large black strip in the middle of the bowl is just a reflection. However, there is a black rubberized rim around the bottom to help keep the bowl from sliding/slipping.
What size do you recommend for a Lab?
A shopper on May 15, 2017
BEST ANSWER: Hi there,

The size would depend on how much food you are feeding per day. 1 cup is 8 ounces, so you can calculate what size bowl you would need by how many cups per feeding you would be giving.

Hope this helps!
Is it difficult to pick it up because of the shape?
A shopper on Mar 23, 2016
BEST ANSWER: No, it is very easy to pick up. These are heavy enough to hold the dog food but light enough to be easy to handle. Be careful if you have a dog that chews, though. My puppy ate the black liner from both bowls - on the first day!
When will the 16 oz be back in stock?
A shopper on Aug 14, 2015
BEST ANSWER: Unfortunately at this time we do not know when the product will be back in stock.
