Didn't work for me
My pets simply did not take to this litter. Maybe they are creatures of habit, but for whatever reason it didn't work for us. I like the idea of reused materials, however, which is why I originally bought it. The quality seemed fine and I'm sure it would work for others.

I love this! The clay litters set off my allergies, scattered everywhere, and were a pain to clean up. I tried this litter on a whim and won't go back! I buy the unscented and rarely have problems with my allergies--the only time I sneeze is when I open a fresh bag and dump it into the storage container. My ferrets handled the switch like pros and really don't seem to care what litter I buy. I don't think it contains the horrible waste smell as well as some clay litters, but it doesn't irritate my allergies, I don't have to worry about my pets accidentally ingesting it and needing emergency surgery, the pellets are easy to clean up, and even when they get scattered outside the litter box they don't hurt quite as badly when I step on them (I bet little paws like the pellets better, too!). They don't seem to scatter as much as clay litter, and if they do they're pretty easy to see. My local grocery store sells this at a much better rate than any website I've found, though...

Awesome product !
When I purchased my ferrets at petland, they recommended marshells ( Spelling ? ) litter. While it works and I had no issues with it yesterdays news is MUCH more affordable ! I will be re-ordering.

Best Price, Great Product, Best Shipping Price!
I usually get all of my ferrets the items they need exclusively from, with the exception of food and litter, and when I found that they carried this litter I was very happy about it. I can get it for less with shipping from this website, than from either Petco or PetSmart! Now if they can start carrying Mazuri Ferret Diet(another Purina Product) would be even more the ULTIMATE site for all your fuzzies needs!

Great price
This doesn't help with odor But with the good bye odor and changing the pan every day this litter is perfect. ferrets are not like cats when it comes to covering up there nasties so it will never be odor free and should be changed daily . So with that said this litter is perfectly priced and does the job well.....

So far, one of the best....
I have tried Marshall brand litter, as well as Petco's Planet Petco version of recycled paper pellet litter. When I noticed that stocked Yesterday's News - I had to try it. I have always heard good things... so, 10 bucks for a 15 pound bag is a great deal, I had nothing to lose by ordering it. On to the product...the pellets are super absorbent. I scoop out my ferret's litter box daily, but try to stretch out the litter by dumping out the entire box weekly. With the previous brands, I had to dump the box bi-weekly because the smell of urine was overwhelming. I haven't encountered any foul smells since using Yesterday's News.Definitely a great litter, and you get your money's worth. Highly recommend and will definitely be reordering in the future! :)

I like how environmentally friendly it is. It's been my go-to rabbit litter for six years and now I have a kitten, so I'm going through my bags much more quickly.
