Is the door on the side off center or in the middle?
Sarah B on Jan 17, 2016
BEST ANSWER: The door is off-center. The door is ~18" wide. It's ~6" from 1 end & ~12" from the other. Those are ballpark measurements, but fairly close. Hope this helps.
Is there a wire bottom that the pan rests on? It is not clear and there is a reference to purchasing a crate floor grid? Does it come with one?
A shopper on Mar 6, 2016
BEST ANSWER: Yes, the wire bottom of the crate is identical to the top (and sides). The plastic pan sits on the wire bottom, and there is a small clip under the front door (the one open in the photo). If you flip the clip down you can slide the plastic pan out rather than lifting and twisting it to get it out the door.
are the doors easily removable?
jude w on Feb 23, 2018
BEST ANSWER: The doors aren't removable. They easily open and will remain open if you wish, but they are attached to the crate.
What is the weight of 42" crate with double doors? Will it be heavy to lug around at dog shows?
A shopper on Jan 16, 2019
BEST ANSWER: The Ultima Pro is a heavy duty crate. Yes, it would be very heavy to lug around. Better suited to a stationary crate at home.
Can you order replacement parts for this crate?
A shopper on Mar 27, 2015
BEST ANSWER: Depending on what parts you are looking for , you may be able to contact the manufacturer. If they have parts available, they may either sell directly to you or refer you to a store that would carry the parts. Hope this helps!
