I have been feeding this food for years to my goldens and they do great on it. I also like it is a family owned business and that I can switch to the different Fromm food choices and it does not effect their stools.

Tried it and loved it
I have a now 2 year old wheaten terrier and our vet wanted her to be on a low protein and low fat diet because she had an inflamed bowel after some health problems as a puppy. She's not a big eater and very small and not an ounce of fat, so I worry about her getting enough food for a high energy dog. I bought a bag of this food to try and a bag of the weight management, but this one was her favorite. It's the first time she ever loved plain dry dog food, sometimes I have to give her more! I usually mix this with a regular dog food (Fromm purple bag) and a little bit of canned food, but she loves this on its own. Really she just eats it before I can finish mixing it so I've left it out and just give a bigger portion of this dry food. I like that it's made with quality ingredients, and it's a good price for the higher quality. I can usually get it on sale here which is a plus.

The sheltie rescue organization I adopted my dog from told me the importance of feeding quality all natural dog food to my pets. They highly recommended fromms and my dogs love it. I've been feeding it to them for years and it really shows. Their coats, skin and teeth are great and now that they are 11 and 13 years old I want to keep them in good health

what is the age for senior dog food?
A shopper on Jan 30, 2017
BEST ANSWER: A senior dog usually is between the ages of 5 and 10 yrs old. This will depend though, on the breed (larger dogs generally show signs of aging sooner then small dogs) and on the general health of your particular dog. Ive listed a link below with more information
