it was creaking everytime everytime my dog stepped on it and eventually it fell and the instructions didnt tell me anything

Great design Instructions and pre-fab need work, 12/11/2007

The design is just brilliant! Had trouble with the instructions since the drawing close-ups were blurred, that didnt help my discerning what they were talking about. So I went to instinct. It would have been fine but the roof pieces could have been cut to fit better. This could have been an A+ design, but would give it a B+ due to needed improvements in the instructions and pre-fab roof pieces all fitting properly. Too pricey for flaws though.

I have a chocolate lab Scout who loves the outdoors. He would sit in his large run all day. We decided he needed a shelter. We aqcuired one of these. Scout loves his great house to this day. A great product.

We inherited a great dane when her family was relocated to Virginia. Daisy sheds a great deal, so we needed an outdoor arrangement that would keep her dry and comfortable. I searched local stores and online for several weeks before finding Dog.com and this wonderful home for our gentle giant. This doghouse fits her perfectly, and the window on the barn allows for ventilation and light. Our other pet - a sweet Golden Retriever - even has room to lay on the porch while Daisy is inside the barn. Were so glad we found this option and that Daisy has a comfortable, happy home.
