Very Cute Bowl, 7/12/2012

Picture doesn't do this bowl enough justice, I think it's a must have. I was hesitant to spend money on it at first, because I already use the ones that mount to the cage. But I notice my ferrets always stand up & grab the food with their mouthes, then eat it while all 4 feet are on the floor, eating small pieces that fall. So I put this bowl there with a little bit of food in it. They never move it around, but my ferrets have had non-movable food, water, littler box, etc stuff from the start so maybe they just never learned. It has weight to it. Mine was blue, which is my fav color so I got lucky on that.

The picture is a completely different product.. These are apparently red colored bowels with cartoon colored ferret heads and paws decorating it. Also it is not "heavy duty" as the description states, they are kind of thin/light and could be tipped easily if the ferret wants to. Oh well, guess I should have expected it from the price.

I love these bowls. I replaced the one bowl I had, to try these because my ferret loved to flip it. He only tried to flip this one for two days after that he stopped because it did no good. He only pushes this one around to rearrange his cage. I recently got a new little girl and she can't flip it either but she does love to dig in it and knock the food out everywhere. I would recommend this bowl to anyone who has a ferret that likes to flip things. Just make sure there isn't anything under it besides a flat hard surface or they can get their little paws under it.

This bowl is great. I have two boys and they can't tip it over. They push it around, but that's about it. It holds a decent amount of food too and is really easy to clean.

My male loves to flip his bowl over as soon I as put his food in it.So I decided to get a heavier bowl.Still didn't stop my Henry! It is cute though.

before i bought this bowl my ferret was constantly tipping over the food bowl and scattering food everywhere and now that i hav the super pet ferret bowl the bowl has not tipped since the day i got it!!!!
