Seachem Goldfish Buffer
Ideal to maintain the pH level of the water in your aquarium, this Seachem goldfish buffer helps in the growth of your goldfish. Since it is made from non-phosphate, it decreases the growth of algae and indirectly enriches the aquarium with a comfortable living environment. With variable dosage, you can easily raise and maintain the pH level of the tank water between 7.2 and 7.8. Providing a balanced alkalinity to the water, it creates a favorable freshwater living environment that is suitable for your goldfish. Formulated with high quality elements, it is safe and gentle on the goldfish. It consists of sodium, potassium, magnesium, and other bicarbonate salts required in maintaining an ideal environment. Easy to use, one teaspoon can be added daily till the desired pH is reached. Compatible with other buffers, it can be easily combined with others for great results. It can be used while adding more goldfishes, making water changes or while setting up a new tank.

Directions:
Use 1 level teaspoon for every 40 L (10 US gallons) daily until desired pH is reached. If water is soft or not well buffered, use half dose. Gold Buffer™ will slowly raise pH. It will not lower pH. It may be added directly to the aquarium at any time. It preferentially buffers at pH 7.8, but can manage any pH between 7.2 and 7.8. When setting up a new tank or preparing water change water, use Gold Salt™ along with Gold Buffer™ to create the optimum goldfish environment
