Comfortable affordable boots! You will need tall socks because they will rub a LITTLE. They fit my wider feet fine and give support! Id recommend them!

I think I have had these boots for almost 2 years now. They are the best boots in the world. Like amazing. They aren't falling apart after a year of constand riding and (if they were cleaned) would still look great. The only things I didn't like were after awhile of riding in them the fabric coving the soles in the shoe came off, BUT that doesn't make a difference in me wearing them at all and the outer covering just started rubbing off where your toes sit towards the horse's stomach. But that was after contstant use for a long time. I would suggest these boots to anyone!! Great for showing with chaps too. Although I have never worn nice expensive boots, these are amazing and inexpensive to me!

These boots are great! I ride once a week and they're holding up great. However, the tops of the boots kinda irritate my skin, so I wear long socks. I took others advice and ordered a size up and they fit great! I would recommend these to anyone!

Don't buy these boots. These boots fell apart in 4 months. The sole separated as well as the stitching over the instep. Comfortable and the price is nice, but you get what you pay for.

Have worn these for 1-1/2 years both while riding and for barn chores. Got larger size for my sore feet and wider feet and they are very comfortable. Bought at tent sale for 1/2 price. Super value and still look great.

I really liked these boots at first and found them comfortable, but after 1 month and wearing on weekends only, they began to come apart at the seams. A very bad purchase, and little recourse.

I was dissapointed in these boots. I first had a pair of paddock boots and I quickly out grew them. I headed to the local tack shop and bought another pair in the same exact boot except in a higher size, excited to get a new pair. But after only about a month, they have taken a turn for the worse and have fallen apart. The sole is coming off of the boot, the front is ripped. i only use them for about 2 hours a day when I muck stalls and groom horses. I tend to walk on the insides of my feet, but still I expected better.

I ordered these boots in my size. When they got here I had to return them because they run small and narrow. I have a narrow foot, so that is ok, but they do run a 1/2 size too small. Anyone with a medium wide or wide foot would not like these boots as they run so small.

I bought these boots last November and have worn them nearly everyday for two hours without issue. I wear them riding and while doing chores around the barn. They may not be the prettiest boots around, but they've held up to quite a bit of abuse. No ripping seams or toes falling apart as mentioned in the other reviews, and they are still waterproof. They were quite stiff when they first arrived, but now they are really supple and comfy. I will definitely purchase another pair once the time comes!

These boots have lasted but do not have the overall quality and comfort that I was expecting. I show and jump in them but they are uncomfortable. I recommend these paddok boots for people who do very LIGHT work and riding. Price is very good though.

I am extremely disappointed with these paddock boots! I have had them maybe a month and already the heal portion of the left boot has come apart from the sole of the shoe! They are supposed to be water resistant and are not! Two trips across a dewy lawn in the morning and my feet are soggy! A toe on one boot is already starting to scuff and loose the brown plastic that gives the boots their color. Extremely disappointed that I didn't even get a solid month out of these boots. Can't even give the price 3 stars because I would have gladly paid more to have a boot that held up better. Money in the trash!

Pretty good, I wore them for 30-40 twice weekly lessons. HOWEVER, when i took them to riding camp where i wore them for 1 week walking around and light western riding, the sole at the toe started peeling off.

I purchased 2 pairs of these boots in March. The quality is very poor in both pairs. The black pair has split open on the toe seam after very little wear! The spur stops on each of the 4 boots are a different shape and in a different position on each boot! Save your money and buy something decent!

I purchased a pair of these boots a few monthes ago and they seemed great at first becasue they were comfortable and easy to break in. I wear my boots for riding and work around the barn a couple times a week. After only a few weeks the seams holding the different parts of the boot together started coming apart. The boots are cheap but not worth the money since they fall apart so easily. My sister had owned a pair of Saxon tall boots that fell apart after only a few monthes. The boots are a very poor quality and I would not recommend them.

For the price, these are great boots. They're great for schooling and hardly need any maintenance. Just an occasional hose off and wipe down. They run a little big, I wear an 8 or 8.5 and needed a 9. They're real comfortable and breathable, especially for synthetics.
Unfortunately, they don't last that long. I've gone through 3 pairs. I ride about 3-6 days a week and the first pair lasted me 6 months, the other 2 pairs lasted about 9 months. I also wore them for barn chores. All three times the sole eventually fell off. They also got some mild cracking around the toe, but that was just superficial. For the price, the quality is pretty good and they lasted as long as could be expected when paying $30. These are good boots for riding in wet weather or trail riding through streams etc. If you can't afford to spend $150 up front on fancy leather boots, these Saxons are the way to go.

I LOVE these boots. They are comfortable enough to walk around all day doing barn chores, and absolutely the best boots I've ever used for riding. I get my feet wet in these A LOT and I've yet to feel any water at all. I use these for every schooling ride, along with half chaps. They're great! And plus, they are not made of real leather, so animal friendly (:

I volunteer at a therepeutic barn and walk around alot! the heel gets worn down and within 4 months it started to tear and break apart. It is wonderful if you are just going to ride with it and only do some walking with it, but other than that its not the greatest

I have worn these boots three times a week for over 2 years, and they are still holding up wonderfully!!They are comfortable to wear for extended lengths of time, and are very versatile. I use these for everything from everyday barn chores to trail riding. because I wear extra-thick socks in the winter, the zippers are starting to wear out, but I have had no problems with the rest of the boot. BEST $30 I EVER SPENT!!!!!

My friend had a pair of these boots that she had bought to show in with her half chaps. It turned out that she wore them all of the time because she loved them so much. After a while, the bottom of the shoe began to seperate from the toe. They are super comfortable but arent the best boot for heavy duty barn chores. Although, they are very nice for light barn chores or showing. super easy to break in and they look nice in the show ring if you have a good pair of half chaps to match them. Great for the price! These will definitely be my next pair of paddock boots. :)

I got these boots and tried them on. I was so affraid of ordering shoes because my feet are so big and I have such a flat foot. They run true to size and they almost seem like I don't have to wear them in! I love the fact that they don't have arches but if you are a person who has high arches you may want to get some insert pads. I LOVE THESE BOOTS! I'm going to order more!!! LOTS MORE!

Very Nice, comfy boots. My only problem with them is that they are too big for me, most of the reviews say to order a half size up, so I did. But they are too big. But I guess that gives me some room to grow, and in the winter i can pack on the socks! :) They are really nice, and I would buy them again!

I got these boots because I didn't want to pay for expensive leather boots. I wore them for a few years and they were still in good condition except for the fact that the sole started coming off on boh pairs I owned. This was probably due to the fact that I have walked through puddles, mud, snow, etc. Over all I think that they are a great pair of boots considering the price.

Great boot for the price!! My 13 yr old daughter wore these at least 3 days/wk for riding and working in the paddocks, even through a cold midwest winter, and we are just now replacing them almost a year later. They also clean up easily (she used them all show season too).
I think they do run a little bit narrow so maybe order half size up but other than that would really recommend.

These boots were really good!!! I am an intermediate rider and these boots were almost perfect!!! There was a little space in the ankle, but it wasn't that bad. I am origonally a size 8 to 8.5, but i went for a 9, and that was a good choice because I am still growing an I have a bit of room but not a significant amount. If you get these boots, I would suggest zipping the zipper up and down a few times so that it won't get stuck on your foot (i have heard from other reviews). I would suggest this to any kind of rider!!!

I tried these on and immediately knew tht wouldn't work. I got them because I was in need of some cheap new paddock boots after my devon airs sadly split after a good 2 or 3 years of use. These have to much room aroud my ankle and the front of my foot between my foot and leg. This would have made it extremely difficult to keep my heels down when I ride. Also, they come a bit high up for my liking (not the biggest issue though). I was pretty unsatisfied with them. I am going to go for some leather more expensive paddocks this time. It just goes to show that just because something is cheap doesn't mean you should buy it.(I have nothing against synthetic, I have a wintec and love it to death. It's just that Saxon and me don't agree). Hope this helps you.

Great boots for the price--I'm ordering my second pair now. I am sooo hard on boots and these lasted me 6 months--I did everything in them (mucked stalls, hosed off horses) and then, when I was too tired or lazy to bend down and unzip them I just forced them off with the boot jack. My sole came off but it was after a really bad spill. I was really suprised they lasted so long after all I put them through..........

I used these boots to ride in four to six times a week for nearly two years. They died tragically today when the sole separated from the boot after many, many hours of use. I plan to absolutely get another pair. I school my horses wearing jeans, half-chaps, and paddock boots and these are my favorites. I show in tall boots, of course, but I use these at all other times. They are comfortable both mounted and trekking around the barn or field on foot.

I bought these because the zipper on my Ariats broke after only 3 months. These Saxons are good for working around the barn but are over priced - should be $25. The notch on the back is stitching only...can't set a spur on it. I put my old Ariat insoles into the boot which made these Saxons comfy.

I am very pleased with these boots. Good quality and a solid feel yet pretty light on my feet, not bulky. Insole is decent and the steel shank is well done! Looks to be easy to clean and seems to be breaking in quite nicely. Overall, Im pleased about the quality along with the really low price. NOTE: does run a 12 size small. I normally wear a 7 12 but bought this Saxon boot in an 8 based on reviews from other sites and the fit is perfect. Close and comfortable fit. Only time will tell about long lasting quality but 1st impression Happy.

I have boughten these, since i only have ariats for winter, i decided to try these. i ride 3 times a week, and these are now falling apart and i have only had them for about 7 months. I recommend Ariats there amazing, and i have had mine for two years, but if you barley ever ride, such as a friend of mine, she rides about once every 2 months, so it great if you dont get to go much. But not for alot of riding.
They arnt worth it in the end

I bought these boots for my 1st pair. They didnt take very long to break in. They were water poof to an exstaint.I got my foot steped on once and the front of the boot became soft. I do NOT recommend these boots. they are cheap (whick is good) but it is not worth it in the end. The whole reason of me buying boots was for my toes. so when the horse steped on my foot. I would be ok.So who ever is reading this, BUY ARIET BOOTS! it is worth it in the end. and they will last you for a while. I just bought them and I have gotten my foot steped on 2 times. and i hardly felt a thing! So again DO NOT BUY THESE BOOTS!

I have been buying ariat paddock boots for over 10 years. I usually have to buy a new pair each year and by then the boots are pretty thrashed. The soul of the boots is rubber and its great because i dont slip any more when the ground is wet. They look great no one at the stable can believe what a bargain I got! These boots are really comfertable and are way better than I expected!
