The PoochPad™ dog bed is the only bed that absorbs liquid and stops odors for all day protection, keeping your dog comfortable and bone dry, even in case there’s an “accident.” It is ideal for housebreaking puppies, older or incontinent dogs, or dogs who often stay home alone. The innovative cover material absorbs up to four times its own weight in liquid without leaking, and an impermeable bottom layer prevents any absorbed moisture from passing through to the bed itself. A permanent, non-toxic, antimicrobial agent inhibits the growth of bacteria and controls odors. Cleaning the PoochPad™ is easy, as the cover unzips to remove for easy machine washing and it can be laundered over and over without losing its liquid-absorbing or odor-killing properties.

My Poor Dog, 8/16/2012

I purchased this bed for my dog who has very pointy joints, and requires a bed. When it came in the mail, he tried using it, but failed because of the large amount of air and extreme fluffiness of the bed. He ended up slipping off and instead of being ON the bed, he was NEXT to it. After a month of use it is now to flat and isn't very comfortable at all. I am very disappointed.

Not what i expected, 2/23/2012

This is not the orthopedic bed it appears to be in the picture. The bed mushes down almost to the ground and makes a "whoosh" sound. I bought 3 of them. My 2 older dogs won't have anything to do with the bed. When the puppy gets off of it the bed "reinflates" to look like the pic then flattens again and whooshes again. I should have read the description more closely and not been fooled by the sale price and the picture.

Outstanding Bed for My "Special Needs" Dog, 1/7/2009

My poor Puggie is incontinent, has hip dysplasia and has very weak hind legs. This is her favorite bed by far! Very supportive and it's easy for her to get on and off the bed. I like this bed too because if my dog's diaper leaks, it's absorbed by the zip-off washable cover and doesn't get to the bed itself. My healthy dog loves this bed too. Very very comfortable for both of them. I recommend this bed highly. In fact, I'm going to order a couple more.

Terrible purchase, 4/30/2008

My puppy absolutely destroyed this bed in one day! He ripped off the zipper and shredded the material. He tore it apart and proceeded to eat some of the stuffing. This bed is not durable and definitely not worth the price. If I had anything left of the bed, I'd demand a refund.

Pooch & People Friendly Bed, 12/26/2007

I do dachshund rescue and have tried many different dog beds and this one is the BEST! The large one can hold 5 mini-doxies comfortably---they all LOVE this bed. It's also the easiest bed to keep clean, just zip off the cover & throw it in the washing machine. It slips right back onto the pad without me going through a wrestling match to get it on. I like it so much, I'm ordering another one right now!
