Rated 5 out of 5 by Sturdy I bought the giant size for my new retired racing greyhound. Perfect! It's just the right height (these dogs may not weigh much but they are tall) and I often find my older greyhound napping in it. I bought my first Vari-Kennel at a yard sale in the early "80's for my cat. It's stil being used today even though it has a few scratches from a bad car wreck. Without this sturdy crate, I doubt my cat would have survived a triple rollover. If you want safety first, buy this brand of crate. September 30, 2009
