Personalized Dog Collar, 10/5/2012

We just received out dog collar today. Our dog has gotten every hanging tag we have ever tried caught on something and then in a panic ripped it loose. We gave up on using those. She is microchipped, but that is a hassle when a phone number could so easily be available. I am really pleased with the collar but do wish that the embroidery was started closer to the side that is not adjustable. Part of the phone number is impossible to read because of the adjustment. I guess another option would have been to put the phone number first, so the dog's name would be cut off. Still better than not having any identification but could definitely be improved.

Excellent Collars, 8/22/2012

I bought one of every size for my puppy to grow into. These collars are excellent and I have no problem with the name and phone number being seen at any adjustment. This collar gives me a great piece of mind because it is more visible and last longer than a tag. I was able to put the name, the word reward and a phone number. I am going to buy one more as a backup.

I went looking for this kind of collar and dog.com has it the cheapest anywhere. The quality is good. I use it placing my phone number on there just in case my pups get loose.

Not really adjustable, 5/18/2011

I ordered two of the large size for my dogs. When they arrived I was upset to find that once I adjusted them to fit, the name and phone number was no longer visible. I ordered the next smaller size thinking I could extend them all the way but they were too small. Now I am stuck with four collars because they told me that personalized items cannot be returned. Unless your dog can wear the collar at its largest DO NOT order this collar as you will not see the information on it. I am VERY disappointed that the company did not state this in the product description and will not allow me to return the first set I ordered.
