I initially was not looking for a folding crate, but have realized that this is a key feature if you want to travel anywhere with your pet. One of the wooden slabs was cracked and I called the manufacturer for a replacement part, and they sent it in a week with no hassle and no charge. Great customer service by Merry Products!
