This is by far my favorite product next to the harness and lead. Its easy to transport my fuzzy better than my other one i got. It even has his name on it so that helps if he or the bag gets lost. its not too big its just the right size if you wanna take your fuzzy for a ridd or any where.

THIS WORKS WELL FOR MY SMALLER FERRETS,BUT MY BIG BRUISER MALE "ROWDY YATES" (6.5#)TORE OUT THE ZIPPER IN JUST A MONTH.I DID PURCHASE ANOTHER TO USE FOR THE GIRLS,AS IT'S EASY TO CLEAN&PROVIDES GOOD VENTILATION.GREAT FOR SMALLER FERRETS!

This carrier is extremely easy for a ferret to get out of. Mine unzipped it from the inside in less than ten minutes. I tried taping the zippers down and my little guy promptly scratched a hole in the side and escaped again. If you buy this for a ferret keep him/her under constant supervision!

loved it for about a week. lil man got out throught the plastic window. i put him in the carrier while i cleaned his cage. when done i found him playin w/ the kids in their room.

I bought this in anticipation a few days before adopting my first ferret (with great plans of being able to take him everywhere with me). We hadn't even made it home from the rescue on adoption day without him figuring out how to un-zip the door from the inside. I bought a plastic kitty-carrier that works great. I did, however LOVE this carrier when I fostered a 2 week old orphaned kitten. It was soft and safe, and perfect for the frequent vet trips.

I love the Designer Pet Tote ! Its great for vet visits. Please consider the Wheelie Tote for 2 ferrets as it is bigger than the Designer Pet Tote which I suggest for a single ferret only.

I bought this carrier for my ferret; it unfortunately did not last because my ferret went to town on tearing up the material. I ended up buying a small dog carrier that he can fit comfortably in and it's made of plastic so he can't rip it up.

This is a wonderful bag if you only have one or two fuzzies. If you have more please consider purchasing more than one bag. Awesome construction.

I love this carrier. I bought it the day that I got my little girl and she loves to attack the mesh windows and the bottom of it. The carrier holds up really well no matter how much she tries. It is the only one I found that you can take out the inside and wash it and she can't destroy the mesh windows but can see out of them well.

bought 4 of them for my four little guys(ferrets)they got out of it they scratched the walls out. If the go to the bathroom on the pad in them they are great if they dont just through it out it is so hard to clean not worth it. The little guys hated it freaked the the hole time they are in it.

I've had this for over a year now and I use it a ton. I travel all over Japan, on the train, on the bus, in the car and my fru kids have never escaped. I put both of them in there (they are both small, if you have a large ferret I would stick to one) and they travel great. Usually people don't even notice I am carrying animals.

I love to take a walk with my ferrets at the park. However, it is not safe to let a ferret free in a car, so I found the solution; the Marshall Designer Pet Tote ! I really like the Designer Pet Tote because its beautiful, really comfort - you can put in on your shoudler like a purse ! - and you can take your ferret with you everywhere ! I love it !

Last year I was traveling with my ferrets and had a car wreck.I was prepared for everything but the destruction of all the carriers and cages in the vehicle. I purchased these as emergency carriers. They cannot be crushed or cracked and they fold up small and neat in the car. I recommend these to keep in the car for an emergency. Traumatized animals will not try to escape them and they are suitable for emergency transport. As with ALL zippers, I suggest securing them with a wire tie for transport. Be prepared, not sorry.

I have three bunnies that I regularly take to various pet stores, and let them pick out their own treats and toys. Unfortunately, each carrier can only hold one bunny, but it works GREAT for them! They love the small space and darkness, and the different panels help me pull the shy bunny out whenever shopping is done! I plan to get two more, so I can carry all three bunnies at once! Also great for trips to the vet and vacations. Since it looks like a piece of luggage, I got away with taking a bunny into a hospital when I had an appointment!

Thankfully, my ferrets never tore the side windows out (though they did scratch). So far, I've used it a few times (once with two ferret--combined weight nearly 6 lbs), and it's served its purpose. One complaint? It's very difficult to get the ferrets *back* into it.

i've only had a ferret for 2 months now and i bought this carrier because it looked rather nice and i didn't want to keep my little one couped up in a plastic carrier. nilla rides in it well for a short distance but afterwhile gets ancy and claws and digs at the side windows... after the 4th time, she managed to pull the seems down and cut a hole in the fabric... the 5th time, she was able to get her head through the hole. This thing looks very nice but it just doesn't hold up like I had expected it to; now it's just a playhouse for her on the floor of my room.

the strap doesnt go short enough. i tried to make it so it was level with my waste so cooper could go to sleep without being shook like crazy but it didnt go that short. and cooper hates it. when i put him in it he turns into a psyco and he starts scratching at the net.

It's a good size for one ferret but it doesn't last. I was driving home and had my two kids with me when I see one of them run accross the back seat. They riped that thing apart so fast, I got to use it once!

This carrier is ok. I am pretty lucky , my little boy doesn't really mind being in it. However it is a majr pain in the but to clean and if i am not watching him while he is in it e can open up the ors with his nose.

my ferret tore the mesh breather windows and escaped from this thing the 2nd time we used had to throw it away definately not strong enuff for ferrets

This tote is really easy to carry with the strap and I like the stylish look to it. I could easily take my 2 ferrets to the vet, and wherever we needed to go in it. It was a good purchase and the price is very good too!

it doesn't last long. I put my two kids in there and within an hour it was all torn up. The material is not strong enough for ferret!

I think all the different doors and the little pocket are awesome but i don't like the material because my little rascle keeps trying to dig his way out and he has completely ripped apart the inside of the carrier.

There are many smaller problems with this carrier--it's nearly impossible to clean properly for example--but I really would have been fine with those if it had held up well. After we'd zip-tied the zippers so that he couldn't get them open with his nose, my ferret managed to chew and scratch his way through the inner lining along one of the doors and bend the hard plastic out of the way. The outer fabric tore easily with the plastic gone and he got loose in my car. Thankfully, by that point we were at the vet's office already.

We have four ferrets, and so we have two of these totes. I don't know about everyone else's ferrets, but my kiddos are rowdy. Within one trip they'd ripped up the bottom lining in one tote, and in the other they'd begun stripping the zipper off. I do like the totes, but, man, my ferrets are super destroyers.

This is a beautiful high quality tote. Its very roomy for the ferret, yet not cumbersome to carry. I ordered this to use to bring home the new ferret(our family's first) that I was buying for my sons birthday. When we went in the pet store to pick out his ferret, they tried to sell us all the accessories, including "something to carry her home in". Ironically what they had was this exact same tote at over twice the price. I am new to this ferret owning thing, but I have done lots of comparison shopping and found that Marshall is the foremost in high quality ferret products and Ferret.com has the best prices ANYWHERE on all things ferret. I highly recommend purchasing this product from here. I did, and I couldnt be happier.

love this carrier so far! good quality, size, soft, folds flat, even has little WINDOW instead of it being all mesh! I havent seen anywhere else..just want to say that the handle is kinda FOAMY...great for my hand, BUT I AM WORRIED ABOUT OUR FERRET eating it..we have only had our furry for a month..love him! but i have heard terrible stories about foamyrubber materials being injested..someone got their ferrets a stroller, that was super cool and fun, but then one of the ferrets at home ate the foam handle on the stroller and died..just a warning to WATCH you babies.. BUT REALLY THIS CARRIER IS AWESOME!!!

I bought this product, not sure what to expect. I liked it the first day and it worked out great, but I decided to wait to write a review, just in case. I have had it for three weeks now and I take my baby Micki to my nephew's soccer games, to the park with the family, etc. in this carrier. Micki finds it comfortable. It's just enough room for your ferret to move around, but not so much that it's huge and awkward to carry. This carrier has three doors; one on each end and one on the side. It's easy to see your ferret and for your ferret to see out so it doesn't feel iscolated. Micki actually will run in and out of it while playing and doesn't feel the carrier is a negative item. Also, the removable carpet inside is a genious idea (you know fuzzies... accidents happen!). I would reccomend it and I think the price is very reasonable. Oh, and some of you might want to know that my ferret has yet to even put one bite mark on this thing. She digs and bites and digs and bites, but all she gets is a little dent in the fabric that heals itself right back up!

I really like this tote, and most importantly so do my two ferrets. I leave it open with the roll back cover with the velco so they can explore in it. When they ride in it, I can see them clearly through the clear plastic window on one side. The fabric is like a suede material; nice feel to it! The inside has a removeable & washable plush pad. The shoulder strap is also nice if you need a free hand.
