I wanted a pink haulter harness for our female Sharpei. Since I have not be able find a PINK haulter harness I decided to this this harness. She has a red haulter harness now but we have always put pink on her, Velvet, since she was a 9 week old puppy. So I settled for this harness.

Would this harness fit my Siberian Husky who is 1 1/2 and would it really stop him from pulling me? I just had back surgery and I really miss walking him but can't take a chance of him pulling so hard even with the Cesar Milan choker he has on. Any suggestions or comments would be greatly appreciated. Thank you, Theresa H.

Best Answer: I recommend the Freedom Harness. It clips in the back and the front. You have much more control if the leash is attached in the front. I use the Freedom Harness walking big, rambunctious dogs at the shelter. If that doesn't work, use a head halter in conjunction with a front attached harness. The Newtrix head halters are the best. Remember, Huskies are bred to pull. You might try different joring sports, or cart pulling to give him a legitimate outlet for his pulling genes. I also use high value treats to reward he dog for not pulling; it doesn't take the shelter dogs long to figure out that if they stay arm's length, they will be rewarded. Treats get faded out, and used only intermittently when reminders are needed.
