Kent Marine Tech Magnesium Supplement

Active and yielding, Kent Marine Tech Magnesium Supplement is used to administer the magnesium levels in water. This specific balanced formula has been manufactured to astutely and carefully increase the magnesium compounds in marine water. The solution is harmless and does not disturb the ionic balance of the environment. Kent Marine Tech Magnesium Supplement is produced in a concentrated form and is a mixture of magnesium, nitrate, gluconate and Phosphate. You can easily stimulate a healthy habitat for marine life by administering this solution. You need to shake the solution before you add it in the water. Two teaspoons have to be added for every 50 gallons of water every week. High dosage can harm the marine environment. Before administering this solution, it is advised to test the magnesium level in the aquarium. Kent Marine Tech Magnesium Supplement does not intervene with any kind of biological process of aquatic animals nor does it stimulate water coloration.

Product Features:

·         For marine aquariums

·         Mixture of magnesium, nitrate and Phosphate

·         Add only two teaspoons

·         Safe to use

·         Increases magnesium levels

Item Specification:

Shake well before using. Add 1 ml (1/4 tsp) per gallon of aquarium capacity each day to bring the level to between 1250 and 1350 ppm. This will raise the level by 18.3 ppm per day. As a routine supplement, add 10 ml (2 tsp) per 50 gallons of tank capacity every week. Multiple doses throughout the week are more beneficial – i.e. to add daily, determine the weekly dosing amount and divide by seven

The recommended magnesium concentration in a marine aquarium is 1,320 mg/L (natural seawater concentration)

If maintaining calcium or buffer levels is a concern, check to see that the salt mix you are using contains natural seawater levels of magnesium. Magnesium is necessary and low levels result in poor calcium solubility and buffering

Keep out of reach of children. If in eyes, wash with water for 15 minutes. If swallowed or in eyes, call a physician. If on skin, rinse with water. Not for human consumption

Expert Use:

If you have trouble maintaining calcium or buffer level, check to see that the salt mix you are using has seawater level of magnesium. To save money and increase dissolvability, some manufacturers of popular newer salts have included only half the level of magnesium necessary in their sea salt mixes, resulting in low calcium solubility and poor buffering

Tech M Magnesium supplement will provide the magnesium left out by salt manufacturers or increase the magnesium level in any system. This will provide for easier maintenance of alkalinity (buffering capacity) and calcium level

Deionized water containing the following elements (as ions): magnesium, chlorine, sulfur, calcium, potassium, bromine, strontium, boron, fluorine, lithium, rubidium, iodine, iron, molybdenum, zinc, nickel, copper, manganese, vanadium, cesium, cobalt, tungsten, selenium, and chromium
