It's hard to keep any toy in working condition with a Boston Terrier around. This ball has made it a month, so that's good in my scale. Be cautious if you have a dog that likes to pull or shred, it DOES come apart with some work. (I can just start to see the wear.) Good toy for the money.

The Hol-ee Roller is very well made. I appreciate that it smells really good (like vanilla) and not like a tire as do Kong toys. My dogs are not able to destroy it. They will only play with when I put a noise-making toy inside for them to try to take out, though.

The 5 Hol-ee Roller is the most favorite toy for my 75 lbs male Golden Retriever. The net-like construction and the soft rubber material make it very easy for him to snatch out of the air and hold in his mouth. I like it because it is tough enough for him to take outside, but is soft and light enough for indoor play. Also, not having a solid surface means that, unlike with a regular ball, my hands do not get slobbery when playing fetch. As of Jan. 11, 2009 Petsupplies.com had the best price on 5 size that I have ever seen, and I obsessively scour the web for the best price and shipping when looking for an item.

Rated 2 out of 5 by A. Miller Not for chewers
I used this to place large Milk bones inside to occupy my Dane pup. She loved it for about 2 weeks, then got bored.
It was in tiny pieces in about 30 seconds.
If your dog is not a chewer, it's great.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Susan Minniti GREAT TOY!!!
This is the favorite toy of my yellow lab. I love it because I can throw it or kick it around for him while I'm working around the house and it won't break anything!!) The first one he had lasted for about 4 months and I thought "Wow....I finally found a toy he doesn't chew up in 20 minutes". That didn't last....once he figured out how to chew it up, it was gone in minutes. He loves them so that I still buy them, but I put it away after we're done playing with it.
