Confusing informaiton on prong links, 10/16/2008

I just received my two packages of prong links to add an additional length to a small collar. What I discovered when I opened my packages and called Customer Service is that for $3.99 instead of several links as your web site shows you get ONE link for that price, very deceiving marketing. NO where does it state one link is $3.99, the picture show multiple links, what is does state is for sizing purposes that one link will add 1-1/8 inch to the collar. Very disappointed in your services. You should be more specific in your marketing. I could have bought another whole collar for the price I will now have to pay for getting several more links. You can be sure that I will go to your competitor to get it.
