Instructions:

Be sure to select the correct size of muzzle by measuring the dog’s snout before purchasing.

For proper sizing, measure the circumference midway between the tip of the nose and eyes.  Add 1" for small/medium breed dogs, add 2" for larger breeds.

Show the muzzle to the dog, allowing him/her to sniff the muzzle.

Lure the dog into the muzzle by placing a treat in front of the open snap strap so he/she can take the treat without removing the muzzle.

Pull the snaps behind the head to fasten the buckle and adjust the snaps for a snug fit.

To release - simply squeeze the locking snap buckle and remove the muzzle.

Does this thing actually work? Is it comfortable for the dog?
Carlene H on Apr 1, 2014
Best Answer: I bought and tried many different muzzles for my dog that picks up and eats many undesirables. I am not using it for aggression. My vet and I decided this was the best fit and the most comfortable. I have not actually taken my dog out with it because it has been so cold and snowy it wasn't necessary. I will keep this contact and let you know when I do actually try it.
