I have an older dog with a neck injury. I'm hoping this harness will eliminate any stress on his neck during his walk.

Hi there! I am wondering how the sizing works with these harnesses? The instructions below the description give some numbers, but not where to measure on the dog. Where/how should I measure the dog? I would really love some guidance. Thank you for your time.
