Rated 4 out of 5 by 6 years old and no probs My friend and I bought ours at the same time- same size (Large, green) about 6 yrs ago. We only use them for dog shows. Mine has had NO problems. Hers, a zipper broke about 3 years into owning it. The fabric is sturdy, the frame is sturdy, and I wouldn't trust my dog to many soft crates. Others are too flimsy and easy to break out of. My dog is too tall to stand in it, so I leave the top open for her to stick out the top when I am with her. This soft crate is trustworthy, if your dog isn't a digger. October 3, 2012
Rated 5 out of 5 by Excellent I mainly use this at dog shows, and my girl loves it. It's comfortable, lightweight, extremely durable, waterproof, pretty quick and easy to set up and fold back down, and includes plenty of storage thanks to the attached roof bag and the detachable one. I love the beautiful lavender color of mine, and the fact that it provides the dog shady privacy and a feeling of security, while allowing her to see around her. Other benefits include the ability to unzip and Velcro the panels and to remove the mat. This thing has proven quite rugged over at least a year or two now; I've had absolutely no problems and am very happy with it. An ideal choice for a soft crate. May 14, 2011
Rated 1 out of 5 by doesn't hold up every zipper failed to work exactly one year to the date of buying, making it totally unusable. My dog had been soft crate trained on a sturdier more expensive one, so she had done nothing to it. I had really liked that it's lightweight and easy to set-up til then and my dog loved looking out the popped top. I need one that holds up longer. April 25, 2011
Rated 2 out of 5 by didn't last a year I used this for agility trials. I liked the various doors;my dog liked the top unzipped. I liked the light weight ease for carrying. I bought in the spring and during end of winter,the zippers all started splitting, so Aussie just pushed on doors and escaped. The top door zipper ripped from the body. Too bad. April 26, 2010
