    This harness has helped my beagle puppy with both riding in the car and walking. The harness keeps her focused while on the walk and helps with controling her when she tries to run after birds. She's also much calmer in the car with the harness on. My puppy actually seems to enjoy have the harness on, unlike the gentle leader we tried before. However, I do agree with the above review that the shoulder seatbealts are a bit ackward with the harness.

    The harness probably works great if you had a seat belt that only goes over your lap. However, if you have a seat belt that goes over the lap and the shoulder the dog is pinned to one side of the seat. Other than that it was good quality.

    it was an unusual style & my boxer dog didnt like it at first but when we whent on a long drive he fergot about it after a while! also he can sit up OR lie down !
