I bought these after my three monsters went nuts for the choo hooves I bought from petco. I looked around and petsupplies.com had the best prices on them and the best ratings. They came in after about 3-4 days, and I was surprised at how huge they were! They're twice the size of petco's, and very thick, unlike redbarn's and petco's. The smoked flavor smells like bacon, and my dogs love it. They've lasted much longer than petco's too! I bought 28 of each flavor, and I've had them about 1 month now. So far, they've only destroyed about 2 of them

my dog is so VARY picky when she was a puppy my vet said she would grow out of it but shes 9 now and she looked at the hoof then looked at me like i was CRAZY but my friends dog loved them lots so if you have a non picky dog or a dog that likes pig ears and nose then they will love this treat!!! ;]

My dogs love the cow hooves. It's a good idea to watch how your dog is with them the first few times - if your dog shatters the hoof, they may swallow the shards whole. I'm lucky in that I have two differently sized dogs, so I give the large hoofs to the large dog, and when she wears them down a bit, the small dog gets them - and he also gets all the smaller hooves too, so there's no waste.

I get these for my Dobermans. They love them. They chew on them for hours as well as play toss with them. Unlike rawhide they don't ball up in the stomach. And there long lasting.. Would highly recommend them.

My VERY chew-crazy pair of 1-yr-old blue heelers and my lab/dobie mix destroy anything/everything. These hooves are awesome! They carry them around, gnaw on them, sneak them from one another. Great on the teeth, great for a treat, and great because they keep the dogs from gnawing on the furniture or ripping toys to shreds. Moooove over biscuits--these cow hooves are the best thing going!

Hi,
Just a note. I have an English Bull Terrior. When she was a pup they were great kept her busy for hours. But now that shes a year. She still loovvess them but she actually shattered her front bottom tooth on one which we had to have removed, very costly.SHe can ripp anything apart.

Both me and my corgi clan love these! They esp. like the smoked ones. They are not nearly so nasty or messy as the chewed rawhide and they last a long time. My dogs will detroy anything rawhide in an hour or 2 but these will last for weeks! They are much better at cleaning their teeth than rawhide too. They will sometimes break off small chips and I have been told dogs can fracture their teeth on them but my corgis work them pretty hard and I've used them for years with no problems. Maybe for a large aggressive chewer you might want to break off the thin edges first. I have 4 dogs right now and they won't touch the nylon chews. These are far and away the most economical and all natural too.

I love hooves. They allow the dog to chew but not ingest a bunch of stuff thats not healthy. they slowly wear them down and they are much more cost effective than rawhides and pig ears. They are smelly but that's why they love them so much
