My dog has never been food-specific, she'll eat anything, even salad. BUT she loves this food. it was sealed in it's bag, in a store space. She snuck in while the door was open and torn open the bag! She was all about getting to this food, even though her puppy food was in bag right next to it. I planned to switch my puppy to this food, and she pretty much switched herself! While transitioning food it's good to do it slowly. I had to ve very careful because if I put the blue in and then her puppy chow, she wouldn't eat it. I had to make sure the blue was on top! My beagle loves this food. she prefers this to cookies. While doing training most trainers recommend a wet or stinky treat, but she'll do anything for a piece of this kibble. My much older lab is on the senior variety, but we use the whitefish formula as treats for her too! The food costs a bit more but with petsupplies.com's discounts it's much more reasonable.

My previous dog food left my dogs itching and scratching. Since changing to Blue buffalo the scratching has stopped. I have English Cocker Spaniels and the digging and biting and scratching was heck on their coats. Their coat is in much better condition and is coming back with luster and thickness. I highly recommend this.

My 11 year old mix breed dog is very picky when it comes to food. I found Blue Buffalo over a year ago and since then I have had no problems. I usually buy the senior variety but I thought I would try this flavor with him. He absolutely loves it! I had the bag open for one second and he was whining to have a sample. He eats every bite.
It's pricier than I would like, but I want to keep him looking and acting like the 11 year old puppy he is!
